What does it mean to be truly selfish? How does it make the world a better place?
Why does organized religion teach it as an evil? What is self murder?

The importance of understanding the difference between I and We. Why I and self puts you in the mirror looking at the place where all change starts, with you.

If more of us would get off our collective asses and stop depending on others to change the world, this would be a much better place to live.

Money-In-Fire

Wanting more money and thinking it will make you happy or solve your problems is what I refer to as The Grand Illusion.

Money = happiness is a lie.

Your consciousness about money is a thermostat. No matter what’s happening around you (large increase in money) you will automatically go to your pre-set “temperature.” And you’ll spend all of the increase is that’s what it takes to reset to your comfort zone.

Money doesn’t create consciousness.
Consciousness creates money.

The good news is you can increase your money consciousness. How? Checking out the resource below is a good place to start. And by the way, this book is in my personal library.

tithe

Facebook post. Picture of a church billboard:
Non-Tither’s Board – Would a man rob God?

Would a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me.
But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee?
In tithes and offering. – Malachi 3:8

Rob –
1. to take something from (someone) by unlawful force or threat of violence; steal from.
2. to deprive (someone) of some right or something legally due.
3. to plunder or rifle (a house, shop, etc.).
4. to deprive of something unjustly or injuriously.

Tithe = Tenth or Ten
Ten = Net

Give and Take – Give with expectation of something in return.
-vs- Gifting (giving without expectation). Gifting is Receiving simultaneously.

The State of Tennessee
The State of California

How about The State of Being?
The State of Consciousness?
The State of You?

What state are you in?
What state of mind are you in?

“Don’t bother setting up free republics or moving to a country which offers more liberties. Simply declare yourself to be an independent state. Do not involve and coerce others. This is the only way we will effect a proper revolution. Once each of us recognizes our own freedom and our own responsibility, then the chains that bind us will fall away. To be free from bad manners, we have to be mannerly ourselves, and then we have to ignore the bad manners in others.”

Four Things You Must Know:

1) How much money you have.
2) How much you owe.
3) How much you spend.
4) How much you need to generate each month.

Become aware of what your financial situation truly is. Only then can you change it.

????????

“Whatever point of view I take is the reality I create. My point of view creates my reality. Reality doesn’t create my point of view.”
Dr. Dain Heer of Access Consciousness

And from How to Be Free by Tom Hodgkinson:

“Create a life that you won’t want to retire from.

Our retirement age should be a matter for private contract between ourselves and our employers or, even better, something that we decide for ourselves.

Again, we can’t complain if in our greed, we entrust our money to a gang of speculators and they throw it away on flaming Ferraris.

Funnily enough, the people who encourage others to worry about the future are those who want your money now.

Let us not delegate our future to an outside agency, whether that is government or a pension fund manager. Let us not hand over our money for someone else to manage. Far from providing security, to do so is a highly dangerous operation.

If you don’t believe in pensions, then you believe in yourself and believe in looking after yourself. This makes you free.

The other point to make about pensions is that security itself is a phantasm. It simply doesn’t exist. It’s a construction of the mind, a mere hope, a will o’ the wisp.”

if you could
Voicemail from Anderson in Boston, MA

What should you be doing?
What could you be doing?
What’s the difference?

The world (should), convention, tradition, routine, the past.
The spirit (could), potential, possibility, power, the now.

The great dichotomy
dichotomy – a division or contrast between two things that are or are represented as being opposed or entirely different.

The great lobotomy
Cut out of your life what you think you should be doing and start doing what you could be doing.
What you want to do.
What you love to do.

Debt can be an excuse for not living your life.
I can’t, I’ve got bills.
When I get the kids thru college, then…..
When we pay the house off, then…..
When I get that raise/promotion, then….
Being debt free, removes the excuses. If you want it to.

Fear makes you the observer and not the participant. TV allows you to watch people do things extremely well instead of doing them badly yourself. Thank you Tom Hodgkinson
